To integrate this Dance Style into your professional paid dance work you must already hold a qualification as a movement teacher, yoga practitioner or dance teacher WHERE Zoom LIVE 121 TRAINING COURSE DURATION FULL DAY - 6 hours (3 hours x 2 day or 1 day / times to suit) WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE Certified - You will receive a CPD Certificate ​WHAT THE COURSE WILL COVER: - INTRODUCTION TO MOVEMENT MEDITATION and SACRED DANCE - Internal Energy (the energy pathways, chakras, aura and how they relate to dance) - Tantra Warm up shaking and tapping - Activating the 3 Jewels - Closing and Opening the Gate - Basic Sacred Belly Dance movements (Shakti Dance) - Basic Flowing Heaven and Earth Qigong Practice - Trance Dance (north African variation) - PRACTITIONERS ONLY Circle Dance (at least 2 dances) - Body Puja (how to lead a body Puja) - Weaving this all in to Sacred Dance Tantra practices - Breathing & Movement - weaving the healing movement together - Q&A A H O Thank you for reading this Course content and I hope to Facilitate training for you SOON, Cara ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR: Cara is a Holistic Health & Movement Healer, Facilitator and Regenerative Education Professional.
