ONLINE 1:1 tuition one 1x hour class per week for 4 weeks teachings include: - warm up - sacred dance moves - improvising from soul - cool down tailored to your needs OPTIONAL UNITS - sacred belly dance - Traditional Egyptian belly dance - Ancient Pharaoah Dance - history - ancient dance culture - female empowerment - dance meditations - elemental qigong dance - goddess dance and goddess rituals - womb healing & womb massage (clothed) - Goddess self care & self massage routines (all fully clothed) - sacred sexuality (guiding sexual energy) SHARING THIS CLASS? you can share this class with your ‘soul sisters’, friends family or daughters . this class can be tailored to be suitable for all ages MUSIC it is recommended you provide your own background music . there is no music provided in this session t&c apply when booking you agree you are fit and well to attend a dance class
