ONLINE MEDITATION MANTRA YOGA NIDRA CLASS 1:1 tuition one 1x hour class per week for 4 weeks tailored to your needs SHARING THIS CLASS? you can share this class with your ‘soul sisters’, friends family or daughters . this class can be tailored to be suitable for all ages MUSIC it is recommended you provide your own background music . there is no music provided in this session t&c apply when booking you agree you are fit and well to attend a dance class
